Frequently asked questions
Where can I buy the EV Plan?
The EV MOYA energia plans are exclusively available in the Super MOYA app. The entire process of purchasing, paying for, and managing your subscription is 100% digital and takes place on your smartphone.
Remember: to make a purchase, you must first add a payment card in the More -> MOYA Pay -> Payment Cards section. Your chosen plan variant, along with all its benefits, will be active immediately after purchase!
How long is the plan valid, and what payment methods are available for its purchase?
The EV MOYA energia plans are completely flexible. The plan operates on 30-day cycles and automatically renews for another 30 days, unless you choose to cancel it before the current period ends. The plan fee is automatically charged to the payment card added in the Super MOYA app.
When will the charging discount be applied?
Before and during charging, the app will display standard kilowatt-hour rates. The discount will be applied automatically once charging is complete. The sales confirmation for your session will reflect the discounted rate based on your chosen plan variant.
What benefits do both plan variants share?
With either package variant, you will earn 5 Super MOYA points for every kWh charged. The charging discount also applies to AC chargers.
Can I switch to a higher or lower plan variant?
Absolutely! Users can switch between the available plan variants without having to create a new account.ou can easily manage your subscription directly from the Super MOYA app.
Please note that switching from the START variant to the TURBO variant takes effect immediately once payment is confirmed. Conversely, switching from the TURBO variant to the START variant will occur at the end of your current billing period. This means you will retain all benefits of the TURBO variant until that period concludes.
What should I do if the discount from my EV plan was not applied correctly?
